AllBoss Club Teaches 21st-Century Skills Through the Journey of Entrepreneurship

Watch your child or students evolve into Bosses during this engaging 8-week program.

In its traditional 8-week format, AllBoss Club gathers weekly, and aspiring entrepreneurs receive guidance as they brainstorm business ideas, plan for their launch, and bring their visions to fruition with the support of a certified AllBoss coach and fellow new bosses.
The first 30 minutes of each session focuses on project-based entrepreneurship education. AllBoss Club is hands-on and does not use worksheets or PowerPoints. After the lesson, an hour is typically dedicated to teamwork, where Bosses sell, trade, connect, and play using their booth or AllBoss cart.

When AllBoss Club is offered in a group setting, the school, afterschool program, summer program, church, co-op, or other provider can adjust the curriculum and schedule to meet the needs of the organization. Sessions can be longer, shorter, and offered at different intervals. AllBoss Club offers additional activities and craft ideas to supplement the existing curriculum at no additional cost. During professional development, these modifications are incorporated into the training.

Depending on the provider, a Boss may be able to continue with the program after their Club sessions are complete. In this scenario, the Boss will be promoted at the beginning of each Club and take on the responsibility of mentoring new bosses. As senior Bosses, each child will further enhance their leadership skills by helping to teach the curriculum and providing mentorship.

100% Customized Kid Boss Branding

AllBoss Club utilizes commercial printing equipment to produce superior quality logos. These logos are then affixed to each Boss's uniform, cart, and/or skirt, providing a personalized touch that distinguishes AllBoss from other programs.

In addition, AllBoss Club designs custom fabrics and patterns, bringing each Boss's unique business idea and brand to life during the eight-week program. The carts and stands are designed with interchangeable skins and branding, allowing for endless transformations and the ability to keep pace with even the most wildest imaginations.

An Inclusive Leadership Program

Session Format

Each session will feature 30 minutes of project-based learning, followed by an hour dedicated to the Marketplace. In the Marketplace, children collaborate in teams to set up their stands and carts, selling their products to parents, staff, the community, and one another. This segment also provides opportunities for trading, enjoyment, and play.

In every session, AllBoss emphasizes the development of social skills, executive functioning abilities, and the enhancement of each child’s confidence. We create an inclusive atmosphere by tailoring the curriculum to suit each child’s stregnths and interests. Our environment is safe, accepting, and supportive to all Bosses.

A Program that Grows with your Boss

If a child loves stepping into the role of a Boss, we encourage them to keep participating in the AllBoss Club Program each season.

They will progress through different ranks, beginning with Startup, then advancing to LLC, followed by Corporation, and ultimately achieving the position of CEO. As they climb these ranks, they will develop crucial leadership skills by acting as both a mentor and teacher within the program.
