AllBoss Club for Christ teaches Bible Verses & biblical principles alongside its Innovative, Fun, & Inclusive Project-Based Learning Curriculum
AllBoss Club for Christ takes the AllBoss Club Curriculum and Incorporates a relevant biblical Principle and a Bible verse per session. This 8-week program guides students on the journey to becoming a "Boss" through fun and engaging entrepreneurship exercises rooted in values and faith.
At its core, this program offers leaders a unique opportunity to reimagine teaching by embracing the strengths, creativity, and resilience of neurodivergent learners alongside neurotypical peers.
This is not just a business development program for youth—it is a shift in
perspective, one that values diversity and reframes challenges as assets.
AllBoss Certified Coaches
The AllBoss Academy will certify a member or members of your staff to teach its innovative curriculum. This certification program empowers educators with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality, project based teaching strategies and foster a culture of inclusivity that encourages continuous innovation.
AllBoss Certified Coaches will gain access to a wide range of resources, including cutting-edge teaching methodologies, comprehensive lesson plans, and ongoing support from the AllBoss community.
By becoming a certified Coach, your staff will be equipped to inspire and engage learners of all neurotypes. 21st Learning Principles are reinforced in every module preparing Bosses for the future.

Program Format
The curriculum unfolds over eight sessions, with each session lasting 90 + minutes. The program format is easily adjustable to a church’s unique needs and availability.
Part One - 30 + Minutes
Focus on one topic as it relates to entrepreneurship and the Boss’s new business venture. Learn a relevant Bible verse and biblical principle as it relates to the day's topic, reframing God’s word, making it applicable and relevant.
Part Two - 60 + Minutes
Marketplace simulation, where Bosses use AllBoss stands set up their businesses, sell products, and practice teamwork.
Each Boss is encouraged to bring low cost items that inspire them to sell for each class. These items can be homemade, from home/purchased or the craft-making can be incorporated into the curriculum.
AllBoss Club uses BossBucks as currency.

Course Materials
AllBoss Club offers BossBundles for organizations wanting to invest in the AllBoss program and reuse the course materials. BossBundle materials are an upfront cost and are intended to be stored and reused for future classes. Materials can also be purchased by students on a per-student basis if preferred.

Additional BossBundles are needed to support larger class sizes. Volume discounts are available.
For each future cycle of students, AllBoss Club will print three custom logos per student at $25 per student.
Program Highlights
- AllBoss Club’s curriculum supports diverse learning styles and fosters self-efficacy.
- AllBoss Club has no worksheets, or PowerPoints, and is 100% hands-on practical application.
- AllBoss Club will provide personalized uniforms, stands, seating, and table skirts. However, Bosses will be asked to bring low-cost items that interest them to sell each week.
Some examples include:- Homemade: baked goods, crafts, jewelry, painted rocks, dreamcatchers, hair bows, artwork
- Store-bought: snacks, candy, small sensory toys
- Things from home: inexpensive Pokemon cards, used books, trinkets
- The AllBoss Club curriculum is Strength-Based and adapted to each Boss’s strengths and interests. Bosses are given the color personalities inventory and an interest assessment before the first class to help with this.
- As part of the AllBoss Club program, each new Boss will create a business and branding personalized to them. They design their logo and pick their preferred table skirt pattern, color, and uniform color.
- AllBoss Club professionally prints each Boss’s logo that attaches to the class materials with velcro. The logos are available for each Boss to keep after the program.
- Each week, a relevant Bible lesson and biblical principles will be incorporated into the curriculum, providing a unique perspective on and delivery of God’s word.
- AllBoss Club prepares students for the future by equipping them with essential vocational skills and teaching them how to have an entrepreneurial mindset.
