Every Boss participating in the program leaves with business ideas, an entrepreneurial mindset, and vocational skills. The new Boss now identifies as a "Boss", sees their differences as positive, and feels successful, confident, and inspired.
Overview of the Program
AllBoss Club is an innovative, experiential learning program designed for young entrepreneurs aged 7–14. At its core, this program offers leaders a unique opportunity to reimagine teaching by embracing the strengths, creativity, and resilience of neurodivergent learners alongside neurotypical peers. This is not just a business development program for youth—it is a shift in perspective, one that values diversity and reframes challenges as assets.
Rooted in the principles of project-based learning and supported by best practices in entrepreneurial education, AllBoss fosters: creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, confidence, and communication—the "VIP Cs" of 21st-century learning. Through real-world simulations including the use of the AllBoss Marketplace Stands (Available Now) and Carts (Summer 2025) and inclusive teaching strategies, the curriculum ensures that all participants can actively engage and thrive by creating a business.

Yes, we offer various options for customizing additional uniforms! You can choose from:

Yes, our table runners are machine washable! For best results, we recommend using a gentle cycle with cold water. It's also a good idea to use mild detergent. After washing, simply hang them to dry or tumble dry on low heat. This makes cleanup easy and keeps your table runners looking fresh and vibrant for any occasion!
Spot Clean: For minor stains, use a damp cloth or sponge with mild soap. Gently blot the area, avoiding excessive rubbing.
Hand Wash: If your hat needs a deeper clean, fill a basin with cold water and add a small amount of mild detergent. Submerge the hat, gently scrubbing with your fingers, then rinse thoroughly.
Avoid Machine Washing: To maintain the shape and integrity of your hat, avoid machine washing unless specified by the manufacturer.
